He is survived by: his spouse Beverly A. McConnell; his children, Jamie Kevin Manning (Dianne) of Ulysses, Christine Martin (Nelson) of Westfield and William C. Manning (Robin) of Genesee; and his sister Cindy Compton of Belvidere, NJ.
