He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E., Sr. and Mary Elberta Mills Milstead; his son Richard Vernon Milstead; and his siblings, Earl E. Milstead, Jr. and Carolyn Rowles.
He is survived by: his wife Terry; and his brother Charles Wesley Milstead (Priscilla) of Rehoboth, DE. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Calendar First Baptist Church of Galeton (234 W Main St, Galeton, PA 16922). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
