He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Baker and Marian Virginia Troutman Baker; and his siblings, Cora Main, Jack Baker and Merton Baker.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Monroe of Genesee; his grandson Zach Monroe (Samantha) of Genesee; his great grandchildren, Brinlee Monroe and Jensen Monroe; and his sisters, Nettie White of Ulysses and Mary Orwig (Ted) of Galeton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
