He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Outman and Nettie Button Outman; his grandchildren, Jason Davenport and Elizabeth Outman; and his siblings, Anna Miller, Helen Outman, Genevieve Outman, Ava Hawks, Gladys Jeffers, Mary Jean Stone, Alberta Grover, Raymond Outman, Jesse Outman, Edward Outman and Urvil Outman.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Davenport of Genesee, Tammy Outman of Wellsville, NY, Christina Fenstermacher (Ken) of New Cumberland, Harold Outman Jr. of Genesee, John Outman of Eldred and Christopher Outman (Victoria) of Etters; his sister Pauline Haskins (James) of Parker, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Esther Outman of Wellsville and Shirley Outman of Wellsville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
