She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael J. Watters and Frances Weber Watters; her children, Charles J. Leonard (Jeanne), Michael J. Leonard (Joann) and Roseanne S. Gebler; her former husband Charles J. Leonard, Jr.; and her husband Charles X. Bihler. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
