She is survived by: her children, Barbara Flack of Severance, CO, John W. Sebastian of Shinglehouse, Cathy Coleman of Wellsville, NY, Thomas Sebastian (Donna) of Berthoud, CO, Chris Sebastian (Vonda) of Shinglehouse and Vicki Sebastian (Denis Holohan) of Wurtsboro, NY; her sister Patricia Bickford of Tappahannock, VA; and her sister-in-law Patricia Allen (Fred) of Westfield. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
