Roberta Jean Decker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2020, at the age of 86, Roberta Jean Decker (Garrett, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood C. Decker (Robert Marker); her parents, John Yutzy and Pearl Yutzy (Hamilton); and her daughter Ruth Elaine Decker. She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Wheeler, Lottie Klink, Audrey Hoover, Darlene Ohler, Nancy Kochasic and John; her children, Rose Marie Augustine (Walter) and Rick E. Decker; her sisters, Virginia Polenski, Peggy Haer and Emma Grace James; her grandchildren, Greg Shaffer (Rachel Ringler), Lisa Adams (Rob), Gary Mowry Jr. (Matthew Shaffer), Jennifer Decker (Derek Decker) and Jamie DeArmitt (Tom); her great grandchildren, Samantha Korns, Jarod Ringler, Isabella Mowry, Sydney Ringler, Victoria Rose Adams (Tori), Alaria Aldridge (Allie), Wyatt, Dawson, Matelyn Shaffer, Kimberly Broadwater, Larissa Beeman, Candice Broadwater, Logan Kaiser, Andrew Beeman, Cheryl Benson, Sherry Fogal, Bobbie Jo Coughenour, Tommy, Tyler and Trenton DeArmitt; and her niece Beverly Ohler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's name to Somerset Hospice, or A.G.H. Cancer Center.
