We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2024, at the age of 71, Richard Eugene Hoover of Garrett, Pennsylvania, born in Meyersdale, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hoover and Leona Hoover (DuPont); his son Kevin; and his pet Buster. He is survived by: his children, Robert (Melissa), Richard Jr. (Cassie), Mandy and Timothy Hoover (Samantha); and his brothers, James (Dana) and Keith Hoover (Julie).
