He is survived by: his wife Donna Lubell Ellen Baker (Tichnel); his children, Shawn David Baker of McHenry, MD, Rodney Dale Baker, Rebecca Dawn Hebb (David) and Tonia Jo Collins (Anthony); his siblings, David Baker (Billie Jo), Jeff Baker (Shannon), Penny Moats of Terra Alta, WV, Judy Reynolds (Bob) and Ann Dalton (Terra Alta); and his parents-in-law, Buck Duckworth (Jo-Ann) and Swanton, MD. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
