He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Clemons; and his sister Della Umburger of Ceres, VA. He is survived by: his parent Josie May Clemons (Nell); his wife Naomi Mae Clemons (Cooper); and his children, Delbert Clemons (Vickie), Randall Clemons of Winston-Salem, NC, William Clemons (Norma), Edward Clemons, Sr. (Luke, MD), Edith Clemons Virts (Swanton, MD) and Janet Kinser (Frostburg, MD). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
