It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James T. Pachioli of Garrett, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John George Pachioli and Margaret Pachioli (Johnstone). He is survived by: his siblings, John G. Pachioli (Roseanne) and Nancy Worthington (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Jack (Danielle), Olivia Pachioli, Lauren Pachioli (Melissa), Devin Worthington (Patrick) and Emily Worthington.

Masks are to be worn and social distancing will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the go fund me page https://gofund.me and a contribution will be made to Archbishop John Carroll High School Football program, a place that holds many memories for the entire family.
