He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin R. Weimer and Minerva Weimer (Sanner); his wife Shirley Ann Weimer (Pritts); and his siblings, Betty Kirk, Lois Kline, Barbara Weimer, Charles "Sonny" and Melvin Weimer Jr..

He is survived by: his daughters, Tracey Weimer and Vonda Weimer; and his sister Doris Baer.
