He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fogle and Ada Fogle (Schrock); and his siblings, Helen Woullard and Dale Fogle. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Fogle (Petenbrink); his sister Phyllis Zimmerman; and his brother-in-law Cecil Petenbrink Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
