He was predeceased by: his parents, George I. Sr. Poorbaugh and Violet Poorbaugh (Butler); his wife Jennie Marker; his children, Carole Beattie and Robert Poorbaugh; his grandson Nathan Poorbaugh; and his son-in-law Danny Wingo.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Poorbaugh (Twila), Sally Wingo and Barbara Muzina (Philip); his grandchildren, Georgene Kreger (Robert), Christine, Melissa Poorbaugh, Shawn Poorbaugh (Rachael), Stephanie Faidley (Ed), Erica Wingo, Gabrielle and Logan Muzina; and his daughter-in-law Susan Poorbaugh. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
