He is survived by: his parents, David Foy and Donna Foy (Sleaseman) of Berlin; his wife Melissa Spory; his sons, Jamie Foy (Ashley) and Traie Foy (Nicole); his grandchildren, Parker, Braxton, Dalton, Cooper, Dana and Curtis; and his siblings, Angela Persuhn (Russ) of Berlin, Kerri Bectel (Brian) of Berlin and Kevin Foy (Christy).
