She was predeceased by: her parents, Durbin Lohr and Hilda Lohr (Drenner); her husband Robert E. "Bob" Hoover; her siblings, Bernadine Garkovich, Audrey "Sis" Christner, Sally Kelly, Skip, Tom and Donald Lohr; and her stepgreat-grandson Hunter Mills.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Foreman (Scott), Tammy Leister (Terry) and Stacey Coleman (Bryan); her grandchildren, Zachary (Elizabeth), Justin (Ashley), Seth Foreman (Bethenee), Becca Mull (Josh), Nicholas, Ally Foreman, Hannah Kline (Zachary), Ashley Ohler, Katlyn Wyant (Cory) and Jon Pribelsky (Kortni); her stepgrandchildren, Levi (Cynthia), Alex (Santana) and Jamie Coleman; her great grandchildren, Leah, Mason, Robert, Owen, Marilena, Wyatt, Everett Foreman, Lily, Atlas Mull, Maxwell, Lohrna Kline, Caleb, Natalee Ohler, Layne, Luke Wyant, Kayson, Gracelynn, Greyden, Connor, Oliver and Pribelsky; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Sierra, Cheyenne, Lucas, Lilly, Kenna Coleman, Waylon and Howard; her siblings, Robert Lohr (Lois), Janis Saylor (Ivan), Patricia Decker (Ed) and Terry Modrak (Mike); and her brother-in-law Jim Hoover (Betty). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
