It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia Ann Palmer (Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 8, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Toohey and Roma Toohey. She is survived by: her children, Christine Krigelman (Steven) and Michael Palmer (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Lauren Palmer and Michael Palmer, Jr..
