He is survived by: his wife Agnes R. Toland Coggins; his children, Joseph J. Coggins Jr., Maureen Willis (Jim), Jim Coggins (Stephanie) and Dan Coggins (Nicole); his grandchildren, Lauren Klinger (Derek), Natalie, Nicole, Sam Willis, Emily, Ryan and Zoe Coggins; and his great grandchild Jack.
