Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada White and John White. She is survived by: her children, Bob Tynan of Atlanta, GA and Cecily Tynan Watson of Glen Mills, PA; and her grandchildren, Luke Watson, Emma Watson, Vivienne Tynan and Gavin Tynan. She is also survived by her neighbors, friends and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the Newtown Congregation Church.
