He is survived by: his children, Kelsey O'Neill and Kasey O'Neill; his mother Joan Wallace (Lisa O'Neill); and his siblings, Dennis O'Neill (Ana), Edward O'Neill (Shannon), Joseph O'Neill, Vincent O'Neill (Mary Lou), Katie Mulhern (Thomas), Michael O'Neill and Karen Braun (Patrick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
