She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harris and Rose Harris (Ewonishon); and her brother William Harris Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Sladicka; her children, Melissa Jones (Rich), Shelly Kossey (Mike), Joe Sladicka and Sean Sladicka (Jenny); her grandchildren, Ashley, Alex and Erica Jones; and her children, Kaitlyn, Kyle Purvis, Tommy, David Kossey, Olivia, Charlotte, Joseph Sladicka and Sydney Sladicka. She is also survived by her family, teaching her children and grandchildren.
Donations in her memory will be directed toward the attentive and caring staff members of Foulk Living where Claudia resided for the past six months.
