He is survived by: his wife Janet Teel Foltz; his sons, Mark Foltz (Susan) and Dan Foltz (Colleen); his grandchildren, Markus of Thomas, Alexis and Logan Foltz; and his siblings, Jacob Foltz (Patricia), Dorothy Stopera (late Joseph) and Barbara Liming (Larry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
