Phillips of Garland, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John Bull; her husband James J. Phillips; and her sister Clarice Thomas of Manchester, PA.. She is survived by: her children, Steven Phillips (Martha) of Columbia, SC, Kimberly Bobik (Gregory) of Downingtown, PA and Denny Phillips of Shelocta, PA; and her grandchildren, Lillian Bobik and Thaddeus Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
