Y.; his grandchildren, Lillian Bobik and Thaddeus Phillips; and his siblings, Mary Jane Okruch of Russell, Martha Smith of Florida, Lula Mercier of Saegerstown, Orlo Phillips, William Phillips, Joseph Phillips, Charles Phillips of Warren and Donald Phillips of Boise. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
