He was predeceased by: his parents, Izydor Stec and Josephine Stec (Plesniak). He is survived by: his wife Margaret C. Baker; and his children, Stephen Stec, Donald Stec (Shelley) of Pittsfield, Cyndi Shield (Tim), Christine Castano of Russell, Timothy Stec of Grand Valley and Marlene Byler (Tim) of Youngsville.
