He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Starner and Esther Starner (Beam); and his siblings, Delmar, Allen, Lowel, Galen, Larry and Ben.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Jr. of Gardners, Tim Starner (Malinda) of Carlisle and Tony Starner (Stacy) of Gardners; his grandchildren, Owen, Valarie, Victoria, Olivia and Vanessa; and his brothers, Sherle of Gardners and Barry Starner of Gardners.
