He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. "Charlie" Fraker and Violet M. Fraker (Gordon); and his brother Charles Frederick Fraker. He is survived by: his close friend Cathy J. "Shorty" Gibson; his siblings, Michael E., James L., Dennis L. and Gloria M.; and his sister-in-law Marsha Fraker of Carlisle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
