It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonja Carey (Gardners, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 22, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Brian Eugene Carey; and her siblings, Vonnie Smith of Gardners and Winifred Hockley of Gardners. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Carey of Gardners, PA, Randal A. Carey of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Dean C. Carey of Gardners, PA; and her siblings, Latricia Smith of Gardners, Janet, Glenn Carey of Gardners and Deila Kuhn of Boiling Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
