With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rogene R. Blocher of Gardners, Pennsylvania, born in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. March and Viola March (Coulson); her former husband William V. Riley, Sr.; and her siblings, Harold March, Lester March, Earl "Roy" March, Daniel March, Helen Taylor, Elsie Mae March, Mervin March and Lee March.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Blocher; her sons, William V. Riley Jr. and Terrence L. Riley (Joann M.); her grandchildren, Jessica Riley (Jason Bonslaver), Scott Riley (Lynsey) and Katherine Smith (Tyler); and her sisters, Dorothy Ehling of Mt. Holly Springs, Shirley Gantt of Winston Salem, N. C. and Patricia Barto (Cliff) of Newville. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 4 step-daughters, 9 step-grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren.
