Though Robert James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hockley and Doris Hockley; and his granddaughter Sierra Hockley. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hockley (Myers) of Gardners; his children, Robert Sponseller of Hanover, Robin Klunk of New Oxford and James Hockley of Millerstown; his grandson Landin Hockley (RJ Sponseller); and his siblings, Bill, Randy, John Hockley and Cindy Bernhisel (Hockley).
