He is survived by: his wife Leoda Robinson (Long); his daughter Lisa Wayne of Gardners; his grandchildren, Claude Franklin Heflin III, Lowell Thomas Heflin and Fred Lynn Maines; and his siblings, Lillian Stone of Carlisle and Larry Robinson of Boiling Springs. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
