She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tate and Catherine Tate (Bittinger); her husband Arthur W. Starner; and her daughter Joy Nelson. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Ramsey (Scott) of Mt. Holly Springs and Sharon Armolt (Ricky) of Carlisle; her grandchildren, Colleen Hardman, Eric Snyder, Ashley Cordero, Jillian Koser, Janel Young and Leslie Ramsey; and her siblings, Janet and Dean Tate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tree of Life Church, 50 K St., Carlisle, PA 17013.
