He is survived by: his children, Dale Smith and Melissa Seymore; his grandchildren, Selena Wheeler, Lexy, Courtney and Kayla Seymore; his sister Judy Smith; his nieces, Heather Green (Chad) and Jessica Long (Ed); his great-niece Jenna Green; his great-nephews, Camron Green and Tristan Long; and his brother-in-law Steve Schoffstall (Bonnie).
