She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Dixon and Rosie Dixon (Starner); her husband Harry Prosser; her sister Dorothy Weaver; and her son-in-law Stephen Horton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa P. Horton of Orrstown and Tammy Prosser of Carlisle; her grandsons, Ethan and Joshua Horton; her great grandchild Henry Asher Stiles Horton; and her brother Herman Dixon of Biglerville.
