He was predeceased by: his mother Erlene M. Rinehart Sr. Harry; his son Joshua Lee Rinehart; and his siblings, Donald, Barbara and Joani Rinehart.
He is survived by: his wife Joann K. Rinehart (Harman) of Gardners; his children, Harry D. Rinehart III (Angel) of Gardners and Rachel M. Stanley (Richard) of Reading; his grandchildren, Scarlett Diehl, Sabrina Stanley, Ramona Wells, Rachel Rinehart and Joanna Belle Harrison; and his sister Geraldine Reinhart of New Oxford. He is also survived by four nieces and seven nephews.
