He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Riland Cooke and Mildred Irene Fry (Churchey); his son Richard L. Cooke; and his great great grandchild Kylie Jo Parson. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Arndt (Judy Faulders) of Hagerstown, MD, Charles "Chuck" Cooke (Barbara) of Merrillville, IN and Roxanne Lamar of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Michelle Appleby, Jeffrey Cooke, Jenelle Hunsicker, Shawn Cooke, Staci Snyder, Matthew Cooke and Shari Kilpatrick; and his close friend Lorene Bennett. He is also survived by his 17 great-grandchildren; his ten great great-grandchildren.
