She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil McBee and Nettie McBee (Michaels); her husband Earl F. Hostetter, Sr.; her son Charles Hostetter; and her sisters, Leona Slusser and Juanita Rothenhaffer.

She is survived by: her children, Tammy Strickhouse (Richard) of York Springs and Earl F. Hostetter, Jr. (Pamela) of Gardners; and her brother Richard McBee. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
