He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Marks and Ethel Irene Marks (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis L. Marks (Owens); his children, Lisa L. Rowe of Gardners, John C. Marks (Ursula) of Gardners and AmyJo R. Weary (Michael) of Gardners; his grandchildren, Hannah Canankamp (Jonathan), Autumn Rowe, Nicole Marks (John Dubensky), Nathan Marks (Kaylee), Tyler Weary (Paige) and Mackenzie Dishong (Silas); his great grandchildren, Zoey Dubensky and Eden Weary; and his siblings, Carr B. Marks (Nora) of Biglerville, Clair E. Marks (Jane) of Gardners and Carolynn Gelsinger (Dave) of Gardners. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
