With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles C. Starner of Gardners, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius S. Starner and Pearl I. Starner (Dennis); and his sister Carolyn "Sue" Decker. He is survived by: his wife Diane F. Starner (Taylor); his children, Tina M. (Travis Slonaker) of Biglerville and Chad E. Starner of Gardners; his grandchildren, Jayden and Jason Slonaker; and his siblings, Brenda Ahlers, Crystal Hertz of York Springs, Rodney Starner of New Oxford, Nathan Starner of York Springs and Grover "Butch" Starner of Dillsburg.
