He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Rowe and Hattie B. Rowe (Wilson). He is survived by: his significant other Mildred Hazel Porterfield; his daughter Cynthia "Cindy" R. Redinger (Craig) of Ann Arbor, Mich.; his grandchildren, Andrew T. Redinger and Elizabeth "Lizzie" M. Redinger; his siblings, Arthur A. Rowe (Donna) of Carmichaels, David L. Rowe (Nancy) of Carmichaels and Dorothy I. Kennedy of Dilliner; his sons, Matthew John and Jeffery Allen Rowe; and his brother-in-law Billie N. Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Sugar Grove Baptist Church.
