He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Vergara and Rose Vergara (Donia); his sister Millie Langan; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Goodyear and John Goodyear.

He is survived by: his significant other Terry Jean Vergara (Mann); his son Michael Andrew Vergara (Joanne Yeager) of Denver; his siblings, Theresa Goodyear, Rosie Goodyear, Cathy Vergara, Marty Vergara, Nick Vergara (Fran) and Vincent Vergara (Jeannie); and his brother-in-law Pat Langan. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
