She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos B. Zook and Katie S. Stoltzfus Zook; her husband Elias H. Bawell; her son Daniel Bawell; and her son-in-law Elmer Petersheim.
She is survived by: her children, Katie Bawell of Appomattox, VA, Sara Ann Petersheim of New Holland, Allen Bawell of Paradise, John L. Bawell of Paradise and Elias H. Bawell Jr. (Carol) of Gap. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
