He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey M. McNulty and Lillian Closs; his son Harvey Shutters Jr.; his grandson Tyler Shutters; and his siblings, Gertrude Miles, Robert Shutters and Bud Shutters.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Horblinski Shutters; and his daughter Angela Horblinski of Coatesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home (434 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
