He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Mae White Herman; his parents, Ernest Sr. Herman and Marian Warden Herman; and his grandsons, Eddie and Chris Vernon.
He is survived by: his children, Robert A. Herman (Kathy) of Kinzers, PA and Cynthia Collison (Andy) of Gap, PA; and his sisters, Anne Gillespie, Mildred Kuhn and Kathy Klaus. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilde Funeral Home (434 Main St, Parkesburg, PA 19365). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
