She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Weaver and Mildred Weaver (Newswanger). She is survived by: her husband David C. Neal; her daughters, Susan Carol Hall (John) of Strasburg and Rebecca Ann Kelso (Fred) of Huntsville Alabama; and her grandchildren, Sarah Kelso, Neal Kelso, Gregory John Hall and Lyana Sue Hall.
