With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael S. Proctor of Galeton, Pennsylvania, born in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Proctor and Cindy Lou Huggler Proctor; and his birth mother Linda Bittenbender. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Campbell (Justin) of Coudersport and Jonathan Proctor of Galeton; and his siblings, Scott Proctor (Michele) of Galeton, Richard Proctor (Callie) of Montoursville, Brandon Proctor (Janice) of Covington and Heather Proctor. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
