He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Johnson; his daughter Amy Johnson; and his parents, Robert "Pete" Johnson and Phyllis Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Shuemaker (Chad); and his grandson Matthew McCullough. He is also survived by his loving friends who became his chosen family.
