It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne F. Doud of Galeton, Pennsylvania, born in Whitesville, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Francis and Lois Allen Francis; her husband Richard L. "Dick" Doud; her children, Jerri L. Popovich of Galeton, Lisa M. Sanderson (Ron) of Camp Hill, PA and Kevin Doud of Coudersport; her grandchildren, Paul Andrew Popovich, Jr., Kelsey Marie Nace (Austin), Kevin Daniel Doud, Kyle Richard Doud, Colton Matthew Popovich, Kendall Lindsey Burton and Ryen Josef Doud; her siblings, Mary Graff and John Francis; her close friend Hoss; her son Richard L. "Rick" Doud, Jr.; and her son-in-law Paul A. Popovich, Sr.. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
