She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Pepero (Piritano) and Russell Pepero; her husband Andrew J. Lychalk, Sr.; and her siblings, Marie Pepero, Mary Pulli, Lawrence Pepero and Peter Pepero.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Lychalk (Evelyn) of John Lychalk and Mary Ellen Miller (Scott); her grandchildren, Cory Sherman, Crystal Colegrove and Makenzie Miller; her great grandchildren, Kyle Colegrove, Kendra Colegrove, Ella Sherman and Sophia Sherman; and her nieces and nephews, Catherine Summers, Vicki Simonetta, Anna Diliberto, Russell Pepero and Larry Pepero.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Bibiana's Catholic Church, 111 Germania Street, Galeton, PA 16922.
