He was predeceased by: his parents, Paine Culp and Evelyn Culp (Wiemer); and his brothers, Paine Culp, Kenneth Culp and Theodore Culp.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Culp of Galeton, PA; his children, Randolph Culp (Linda) of Galeton, PA, Robert Culp of Galeton, PA, Richard Culp of Galeton, PA and April Cole (Jim) of Gaines, PA; his brother Valren Culp of Wellsboro, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Rose Culp of Galeton, PA and Shirley Culp of Galeton, PA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

We always looked forward to seeing him at the Weimer reunion each year. He will surely be missed. We are grateful that we were able to stop by and see you both last summer.
